Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and monitor the performance of production systems. - Identify and resolve any incidents or issues that may impact system availability or performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements to the systems. - Ensure compliance with operational requirements and service agreements. - Continuously improve operational processes and procedures. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. - Experience in managing and resolving incidents in a production environment. - Knowledge of incident response and escalation procedures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. - Familiarity with incident management tools and systems. - Ability to analyze incident data and identify trends or patterns. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Incident Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
