Must have Skills : Microsoft Intune Good to Have Skills : Microsoft System Center virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Ensure the effective support and delivery SCCM to support the transition. Primarily ownership of the EUC ticket queue, providing 2nd / 3rd line technical support for IT incidents and problems. Working alongside vendors as appropriate to investigate solutions. Tickets are to be owned until successful resolution. May include escalation management to third party vendors, including Microsoft Premier Support. Software patching through SCCM manually or via ADR for workstation clients. Manually patching for servers end only Technical Experience : Application Deployment Software patching through SCCM manually or via ADR for workstation clients Manually patching for servers end only Client troubleshooting Client installation issues, scan failed issues, failed to software updates, failed to download policies etc Windows Servicing via SCCM Upgradation of SCCM to the latest CU or current branch and pack from existing one Administrating of SCCM Infrastructure Software Updates Patch Activity , MDT , SCCM server administration, Application Package Deployment Prepare and export Different Kind of Report ,Antivirus Management, SCOM ,SCPM, Backup and Recovery, Hyper-V, SCCM Antivirus Management working with collection Professional Attributes : Good communication skills required for interacting with Customer.
