Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations, addressing any issues that arise, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the production environment. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and work towards optimizing processes to meet service level expectations, ensuring that all systems function effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an Analyst/SME. - Experienced in defining, developing & delivering data transmission solutions Microsoft System Center Orchestrator 2019/2022, IBM Sterling, AWS File Transfer family. - Experienced in configure, setting up runbook design & setting up FTP/SFTP/Network/Mainframe automation jobs. - Experienced on MOVEit Transfer, WS_FTP Server, WS_FTP Professional for file transfers. - Platform Administration for MOVEit Transfer & WS_FTP Server & Client (Install, Configure, patch management, upgrades, setup SFTPs, HTTPS, FTPs, configure SSL/TLS Certificate encryption) - User & Access Management (Create and manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units, define access roles integration with SSO, MFA, LDAP) - Security & Compliance (Ensure encryption for data in transit and at rest, monitor logs & Maintain compliance with regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS). - File Transfer Operations (Manage/Monitor/Troubleshoot secure file transfers between internal and external systems). - Integration & Workflow Support (integration with vendor third party API's & System) - System Monitoring and Reporting (Track system performance, availability, and capacity, Configure alerts for failed jobs, system health, or unauthorized access. - Business Continuity & DR (Configure & perform high availability DR testing for MOVEit & Scorch as per business requirements) - Support & Maintenance (Provide Tier 2/3 support for end-users and business teams, Troubleshoot connectivity, permissions, and file transfer issues) - Knowledge on Windows Server 2019, 2022 along with scripting, power shell. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MOVEit Transfer & WS_FTP Server, Microsoft Scorch, IBM Sterling, AWS File Transfer family Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experienced with cloud-based solutions & Services. - Strong understanding of MOVEit Transfer/IBM Sterling/WS_FTP/ MS Scorch secure file transfer administration & management. - Experienced in file transmission, managing complex SFTP solution and troubleshoot file transmissions issues. - Familiar with application deployment & management strategies. Educational details : 15 years regular preferred B-tech/BCA/Degree in Computer Science or IT15 years full time education
