Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve providing support for AIX System Administration and ensuring the smooth functioning of production systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide support for AIX System Administration and ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and incidents. - Ensure compliance with established processes, procedures, and standards for production systems and services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: AIX System Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Sun Solaris Server Management, HPUX System Administration. - Experience in managing production systems and services. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and procedures. - Experience in incident management and problem management. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in AIX System Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
