Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure seamless functioning of critical systems and services to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure smooth operation of production systems and services. - Monitor and maintain system performance and availability. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance. - Implement best practices for system reliability and scalability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Capabilities. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework. - Experience in incident management and problem resolution. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of cloud computing technologies. - Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Capabilities. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education BE
