Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Manage delivery for production systems based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues. - Contribute to the overall success of the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting. - Experience in managing and supporting production systems. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell or Python. - Experience with monitoring and alerting tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
