Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, on reporting and presenting to client on presentable format. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Manage the delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Collaborate with the team to perform tasks efficiently. - Make informed decisions for the team. - Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Analytics. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis on reporting - Strong communication skill and handling the client. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Reporting Analytics. Analyzes and Defines Service Level(s) Approves and Finalizes SLM Business Design Collects Data for Service Level Review Creates Service Level Reports Updates Dashboards Documents and Analyzes Complaints and Compliments Defines and builds solution to Complaints and Compliments Applies solution for Complaints and Compliments Finalizes Complaints and Compliments Meeting Requirements Internal review of Service Level Performance Meetings required during execution and review of Service Improvement Plan Meetings required to review Complaints and Compliments and evaluate their resolution Ad hoc meeting where required Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Analytics. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 10 years full time education is required.
