Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and services to meet the needs of the organization and its clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to provide effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services - Manage delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement - Collaborate with multiple teams to provide effective solutions - Identify and resolve issues and incidents in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures - Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement - Implement changes and enhancements to improve system functionality - Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security - Provide technical support and guidance to team members - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices - Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools - Strong understanding of system monitoring and management - Experience with incident management and problem resolution - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices - Experience with automation and scripting languages - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure - Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
