Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the infrastructure and services. Your typical day will involve monitoring and troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services - Monitor and troubleshoot system issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational requirements - Implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reliability - Manage delivery for production systems based on service agreements Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Retail Store Operations, Accenture Cloud Retail Execution Functional - Strong understanding of infrastructure service management principles - Experience in managing and maintaining production systems - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices - Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes - Ability to analyze and interpret system performance data - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
