Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and monitor the performance of production systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner. - Ensure compliance with operational requirements and service agreements. - Implement and maintain effective incident management processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Active Directory. - Strong understanding of system operations and maintenance. - Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
