Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of network infrastructures and provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of network infrastructures. - Provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services. - Manage and prioritize tasks to meet operational requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Experience with network troubleshooting and performance optimization. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Experience with network monitoring and management tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - A 15 years full time education is required.
