Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of the systems. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance overall performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient operation of systems. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems. - Manage delivery for production systems based on operational requirements and service agreement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting. - Experience in managing and supporting production systems. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell or Python. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps tools and practices. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. - Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
