Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and monitor the performance of production systems. - Identify and resolve any issues or incidents that may impact system availability or performance. - Ensure compliance with operational requirements and service agreements. - Implement and maintain best practices for system operations. - Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Incident Management and Problem Management. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. - Experience in managing and troubleshooting production systems. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Service Desk Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
