Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of enterprise systems monitoring tools and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor and maintain enterprise systems monitoring tools. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to monitoring tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. - Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - Strong understanding of system monitoring principles and best practices. - Experience in configuring and managing monitoring tools. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud monitoring tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
