Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Manage the delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve any issues or problems. - Monitor the performance of systems and services and take necessary actions to optimize them. - Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient operations. - Provide technical support and guidance to the team and stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to operations. - Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. - Document processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Commvault, Veeam, Zerto & Dhruva Backup Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with NAS Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of backup and recovery concepts. - Experience in managing and troubleshooting backup systems. - Knowledge of storage technologies and protocols. - Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and implementation. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Commvault , Veeam, Zerto & Dhruva Backup Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
