Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve working with ServiceNow, creating custom applications and providing support to ensure smooth operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Create custom applications in ServiceNow to meet business requirements and ensure smooth operations. - Provide support for ServiceNow applications and resolve any issues that arise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services and systems. - Ensure compliance with operational requirements and service agreements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in ServiceNow custom application creation. - Good To Have Skills: No Technology Specialization. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management principles. - Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management. - Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow custom application creation. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
