Job Overview: The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the effective administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role will involve managing ServiceNow instances, developing and maintaining system functionality, and ensuring optimal performance of the platform to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Platform Administration: o Administer and maintain ServiceNow instances, including configuration, upgrades, and patches. o Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure the platform operates smoothly. o Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions. Configuration and Customization: o Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements. o Develop and implement workflows, business rules, and data transformations. o Create and manage Service Catalog items, Knowledge Base articles, and Forms. Incident and Problem Management: o Address and resolve incidents and service requests related to the ServiceNow platform. o Identify and document problems and work with technical teams to find solutions. Reporting and Dashboards: o Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide insights into system usage and performance. o Create custom reports and queries as needed. Integration and Scripting: o Support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. o Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript and other technologies as needed for custom functionality. Documentation and Compliance: o Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures. o Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. Developing ATF: Develop ATF test case and test suites Change management: Has knowledge of change management and should be well versed with creation of change. Log Check: Has knowledge on how to check logs for events and scheduled jobs Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow. - A 15 years full time education is required.
