Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the cloud infrastructure and provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor and maintain the cloud infrastructure to ensure its availability and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents related to the cloud infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain cloud-based solutions. - Develop and maintain documentation for the cloud infrastructure and related processes. - Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize the cloud infrastructure. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps tools and practices. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of networking principles and protocols. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
