Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure smooth functioning of the systems and provide necessary support to meet the service level agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Support PMO with reporting activities including gathering, compiling, and summarizing project related activities[Shaha, Anuprita A.] , Act as point of contact for PMO queries and information Coordination, publication and communication of regular reporting tasks Good Knowledge on Excel, having hands on experience on PowerPoint Presentations and creation professional decks for Senior Management Documentation, publication and tracking of project meeting actions. Handle the activities like end to end recruitment, client access management, people engagement, trainings, reporting etc. Flexible to accommodate the requirements of project. Technical Experience Basic understanding of tools such as Visio and Project and other MS Office suite eg, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project Professional Attributes Establish positive, collaborative relationships with PMO team members, technology staff, management and business stakeholders to enable the PMO to support business goals and objectives successfully Excellent Communication Skills Highly leveraged by action teams Good in internal team co-ordination Educational Qualification Graduate with project management related certification or training preferred
