Summary: As an Operations Engineer for Application/Cloud Support, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and ensuring smooth operations of the systems and services. Roles & Responsibilities: Troubleshoot DNS Service and DNS resolution issues Assist in management and support of internal and external DNS systems Act as a member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues Configure and support DNS for new domain Work with other senior staff members to resolve escalated, complex incidents Continually seek opportunities to improve our existing AD and Exchange architecture Research acute technical problems such as inconsistent email retention, cluster communication failures, and public folder replication issues Work cross functional with other teams to drive initiatives Developing comprehensive test cases to include testing scenarios for both normal and degraded (e.g., disaster recovery, continuity of operations, data recovery/spills, ) operations, pass/fail criteria, performance criteria, capacity planning, measurement criteria, results analysis procedures, and results/status reporting criteria Professional & Technical Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization . Flexible to work in 24/7 shift. Good listening skills and the ability to follow directions and provide feedback. React quickly to changing business conditions Strong knowledge on Active Directory troubleshooting. Expertise on GPO implementation. Good knowledge on Azure AD Knowledge on Active Directory Sites and Services Good experience on integrating applications Modern authentication protocols, knowledge on Azure AD App proxy, experience on MFA, creating Conditional Access policies, experience on DNS, DHCP SMTP Knowledge on Microsoft PKI Technologies Knowledge of Implementing Managing Upgrading ADFS, Certificate management 6 Azure Security Centre Professional Knowledge on Azure AD Architecture and maintenance, Knowledge on O365 IAM" Additional Information: 1 Bachelor's degree or Equivalent. 2. ITIL V3 Certified 3. Windows AD or Microsoft Azure Security Certified
