Summary: Focuses on validating platform functionality works as expected. Responsible for creating test plans and coordinating test activities to validate functionality. Experience with ServiceNow ATF preferred. The individual will have to collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Technical Leads or SN Architects to Develop ServiceNow applications, working through stories in sprints to fulfill customer requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Maintain existing automation test frameworks. Collect and report quality metrics from test execution. Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them (ATF). Create comprehensive test plans; execute and automate them. Support engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments. Handle Regression testing on ServiceNow modules Professional & Technical Skills: - Functional Communication skill - Behavioral Professional commitment to high quality, and a passion for learning new skills. Customer focus - Super Factors (3 key competencies) next role Strategic Execution Team Builder Design Thinking ServiceNow development Knowledge: 4+ years of experience with quality assurance with ITSM tools or Selenium, JUnit and TestNG Experience with ServiceNow ATF preferred. Understanding of testing techniques (e.g.,performance, unit,integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect. Ability to use tools (such as POSTMAN, SOAPUi ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools)to assist with daily tasks. Experience driving cross-team technical discussions with an understanding of SDLC concepts. Additional Information: Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science Minimum 3 to 5 years of ServiceNow Development Experience Certified ServiceNow Application Developer Certified ServiceNow Administration ITIL Foundation certification
