Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of production systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents that may arise in the systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services. - Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential issues. - Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations. - Document and maintain standard operating procedures for system operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Operations. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python. - Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Linux Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A BE degree is required.
