Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve providing application/cloud support and ensuring enterprise network operations are running smoothly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide application/cloud support and ensure enterprise network operations are running smoothly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production systems and services. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime. - Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for production systems and services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in enterprise network operations. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in application/cloud support. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of ITIL processes. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios or Zabbix. - Good To Have Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise network operations.
