The Role

This is a high-ownership operations role responsible for ensuring our products reach the right place, at the right time, without friction.

You will:

• Work closely with pharmacies to ensure product availability and smooth reordering
• Coordinate inventory, dispatch, and last-mile delivery for both offline and online orders
• Maintain simple but accurate inventory and sales trackers
• Act as the first point of coordination for operational issuessolving problems quickly and calmly
• Document learnings and help build repeatable systems as we expand to new cities

This role is hands-on and fast-paced. Youll learn how real businesses scale from the ground up.

Who Should Apply

• Comfortable working with data and trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Confident communicating with retailers, partners, and customers
• Calm under pressure and good at prioritising

• Based in Aurangabad and comfortable being on the ground

Prior exposure to operations, logistics, retail, or e-commerce is a plusbut not mandatory.
