Location: Delhi NCR (with extensive travel)

Experience: Minimum 4 years (including at least 2 years in team management)

Salary: Up to INR 40,000 per month (all inclusive)

Joining: Immediate preferred


We are looking for a dynamic Operations & Curriculum Manager with a strong grounding in sports education and K12 academic ecosystems , who can seamlessly integrate people management, curriculum excellence, and on-ground execution . This role is ideal for professionals passionate about structured sports, operational rigour, and long-term impact in schools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sports Teachers and Coaches across multiple partner schools
  • Own end-to-end curriculum management , including planning, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Drive curriculum development aligned with school boards, age-appropriate learning outcomes, and best practices in sports education
  • Conduct periodic product and delivery audits to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
  • Act as the primary liaison with school leadership teams , including Principals, Academic Heads, and Board Members
  • Handle grievance management for schools, parents, and internal teams with professionalism and resolution focus
  • Plan and execute intra-school and inter-school tournament operations , including logistics, staffing, and delivery
  • Ensure operational excellence across programs through SOP adherence, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Support scale-up initiatives and contribute to strategic improvements in delivery and engagement


Profile

  • Strong understanding of the K12 education and school ecosystem
  • Proven experience in team leadership, operations, and curriculum oversight
  • Professionally passionate about sports and physical education
  • Proficient in at least 12 sports with a sound technical and coaching perspective
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organized, execution-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Open to extensive travel (up to 50% per month) across partner school locations


Preferred Qualifications

  • M.P.Ed / Masters in Sports Management (preferred)
  • Prior experience working with education groups
