Who we are looking for
An effective and self-motivated team player who can work under tight deadlines and able to perform duties under minimum supervision. Prior working knowledge on Exchange Traded Derivatives (Futures and Options) would be an added advantage.
Why this role is important to us
The team you will be joining is a part of Transaction Management Middle office function which is key to the success of overall service delivery to the clients. The team is involved in Confirmation, Reconciliation of Derivatives products. The team also interacts with various internal and external stake holders to ensure timely and accurate services to the clients across all regions.

What you will be responsible for
As a team member of ETD you will
- Process and match trades executed on various exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing.
- Perform different reconciliations like trade, cash, PLM recons.
- Instruct and process margins for the day and communicate to various parties.
- Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies, working with traders, brokers, and custodians.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Adhere to procedures and complete all tasks in accurate and timely manner.
- Act with sense of ownership and accountability within the team and broader organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in exchange rules and regulations.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a Business-related major preferred
- 2+ yr. experience in Derivatives services (Futures and Options)
- Preferred System experience: GTM, RKS
- Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong English language verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Additional requirements
Should be willing to work in either APAC, EMEA and US shifts
