We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support day-to-day operational activities across order fulfillment, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and process optimization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and improving operational efficiency in a fast-growing healthtech startup.
- Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from order receipt to packaging, dispatch, and delivery tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Handle operational exceptions such as delivery delays, misdeliveries, and returns
- Maintain accurate records of inventory including products, test kits, packaging materials, and collaterals
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations
- Support process improvements across storage, packaging, and dispatch workflows
- Track key operational KPIs such as order turnaround time, dispatch accuracy, and issue resolution
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Work closely with customer support teams to address urgent dispatches or delivery escalations
- Coordinate with quality and product teams to ensure packaging consistency and product integrity
- Provide regular operational updates to internal stakeholders
- Track and maintain operational data using Excel, Google Sheets, or internal tools
- Prepare and share dashboards and insights to support planning and decision-making.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
- 12 years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, or related roles
- Experience in healthtech, e-commerce, FMCG, or wellness startups is a plus
Core Skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with order or inventory management systems
