We are hiring a high-agencyChief of Staff / Founders Office Associate / Operations Managerto work directly with the Founder and leadership team. This is a 360-degree execution role covering hiring, sales, marketing, operations, and strategy. If you are a hustler who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and wants to build businesses from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10, this role is for you.

Role Overview

As Chief of Staff / Founders Office, you will act as the Founders right hand and execution engine across all portfolio businesses. This is a cross-functional leadership role that combines strategy, operations management, talent acquisition, business development, and performance tracking. You will work across multiple verticals and ensure high accountability and strong execution culture across teams.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Partnering closely with the Founder on company strategy and execution
• Driving end-to-end hiring across operations, sales, marketing, and delivery teams
• Building recruitment funnels and scaling talent acquisition processes
• Supporting and executing sales strategy including lead generation, CRM management, and client outreach
• Contributing to business development initiatives and global client acquisition
• Planning and executing marketing initiatives including LinkedIn growth, outbound campaigns, content, and partnerships
• Creating SOPs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for operational excellence
• Tracking KPIs across revenue, hiring, profitability, and client success
• Improving cross-functional coordination and accountability
• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable systems and automation
• Supporting expansion planning, new vertical launches, and growth initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who combines structured thinking with strong hustle. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining high ownership and accountability. This role is ideal for someone who wants to transition into a future Business Head, Operations Head, or COO role.

You should have:

• 25 years of experience in Founders Office, Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Startup Operations, Growth, or Business Development roles
• Experience in outsourcing, BPO, consulting, agency, or high-growth startups preferred
• A strong operator mindset with bias for action
• Experience handling hiring, sales pipelines, marketing execution, or operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership, accountability, and execution focus
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Mumbai-based or willing to relocate (this is an in-person role in Worli)
