What You'll Own

• Run day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfillment
• Lead a small team set the standard through how you show up
• Learn and implement new tools fast inventory software, barcode systems, digital trackers
• Maintain tight records and flag issues before they become problems
• Own quality control nothing leaves unless it's right
• Stay until the job is done, because you take pride in it

• You've worked in some kind of fast-paced, on-your-feet environment and you were good at it
• You don't wait to be told what to do you read the room and move
• Tech doesn't scare you; you pick up new tools quickly
• You're organized, sharp, and allergic to excuses
