Role Overview

Position: Operations Associate

Location: Bengaluru

Role Summary

We are looking for an Operations Associate to manage daily operations with a strong focus on data management, client escalation handling, and technical coordination. The role requires hands-on involvement with electronics and EV charger systems, along with cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain operational data, trackers, and MIS with high accuracy
• Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Handle client escalations and ensure timely, structured resolutions
• Coordinate with technical, field, and support teams to meet SLAs
• Support troubleshooting and monitoring of EV chargers and electronic systems
• Track charger performance, uptime, and fault closures
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and escalation matrices

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of data management
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Proven ability to handle client escalations
• Working knowledge of electronics and charger systems
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the EV sector is a plus
• Exposure to EV charging infrastructure or field operations
