Summary: As an Operations Architect, you will be responsible for defining the operations architecture to support business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve managing infrastructure service management using your expertise in technology architecture. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure service management strategies to support business requirements and performance goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the operations architecture aligns with business objectives and meets performance goals. - Provide technical guidance and support to operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of infrastructure service management strategies. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the operations architecture supports business requirements and performance goals. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology architecture and infrastructure service management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in infrastructure service management. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of technology architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud computing technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of ITIL framework. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps methodologies. - Solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in infrastructure service management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in technology and information architectures, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
