Operations and Regulatory Manager

Honeybee Wax India, a Gurgaonbased cosmetics manufacturer, is looking for anOperations and Regulatory Managerto own all regulatory, documentation and contractrelated operations for our domestic and export business.

This is a fulltime, onsite role based at our Gurgaon office with frequent visits to our production unit.

LOCATION:

• Base: Gurgaon Office (onsite).
• Frequent travel between Gurgaon office and production unit;own conveyance is mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage regulatory affairs related to client contracts, government licenses and statutory compliances.
• Work closely with internal teams (finance, dispatch, production, sales) to gather data, close documentation and resolve operational issues.
• Draft, review and support negotiation of new and existing commercial contracts with clients and service providers in coordination with management.
• Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems for contracts, licenses, shipment documents and regulatory records; ensure auditready documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, government departments, certification bodies and client teams to ensure timely clearances.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate in Commerce, Business, Law, International Business or related field; PG in similar areas is an advantage.
• 3+ years experience in operations / documentation / regulatory / exportimport roles, preferably in manufacturing, cosmetics, chemicals or FMCG.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Strongattentionto detail and documentation accuracy; compliancedriven mindset.
• Good understanding of exportimport processes, shipping documents and basic regulatory requirements.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with external agencies and internal teams (finance, dispatch, production, sales).
• Solid organisational and filemanagement skills; comfortable with MS Office, PDFs and basic trackers.
• Proactive, disciplined, and comfortable travelling frequently between office and plant using own vehicle.
