About Us: un:fltrd is a Mumbai-based D2C beauty brand creating inclusive, performance-driven products for Indian skin tones. Built on consumer insights and real usage feedback, the brand focuses on clarity, functionality, and honest representation across products and communication. un:fltrd follows a community-first approach, combining thoughtful product development with purposeful digital storytelling.


Working Model: Onsite

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Days: Monday - Saturday (All Saturdays WFH)

Timings: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Budget: 12 to 18 LPA (depending on experience)

Experience: 2-5 years


About the Role: We are looking for an Operations & Growth Specialist to work directly with the founder. The role focuses on managing backend operations, marketplace growth, vendor partnerships, and category strategy while building scalable processes that enable sustainable business expansion. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive marketplace and retail performance, and implement systems that support long-term growth. This is a high-ownership role requiring strategic thinking, operational discipline, and strong execution skills.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Management

  • Manage end-to-end operations including inventory, fulfilment, logistics, and returns.
  • Build, implement, and refine SOPs and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Track operational KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.

Marketplace & Channel Growth

  • Manage onboarding, listings, pricing, promotions, and performance tracking on marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce.
  • Optimise category-level performance, visibility, and revenue.
  • Analyse marketplace and channel performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to protect margins and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to align operations with brand goals.

Strategic Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor key metrics including fulfilment SLAs, returns, margins, and overall channel profitability.
  • Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and executive summaries for founder review.
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as a point of escalation for operational or marketplace challenges.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of processes and initiatives.
  • Mentor or guide junior team members where necessary.


What Were Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, marketplace management, or category management in D2C, beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce brands.
  • Strong experience with marketplace platforms and vendor negotiations.
  • Analytical mindset and experience using data to drive operational and business decisions.
  • High ownership, structured problem-solving, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
