What Youll Do:
- Build and maintain Sales & Finance reports that empower decision-making.
- Partner with Sales and Finance teams to deliver accurate sales forecasting and performance insights.
- Use advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros) to streamline reporting and automate processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide on-demand reports and actionable insights.
- Identify trends and support strategic planning through data analysis.
What Were Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst .
- Excel wizardry advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
- Strong experience in Sales forecasting and Finance reporting .
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills .
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Must be comfortable working in PST shift hours.
