• Build and maintain Sales & Finance reports that empower decision-making.
• Partner with Sales and Finance teams to deliver accurate sales forecasting and performance insights.
• Use advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros) to streamline reporting and automate processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide on-demand reports and actionable insights.
• Identify trends and support strategic planning through data analysis.

What Were Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst .
• Excel wizardry advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
• Strong experience in Sales forecasting and Finance reporting .
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Must be comfortable working in PST shift hours.
