Job Title: Business Operations & Analytics

(Multiple Openings: Backend / Sales Support / CRM / Data & MIS / Operations Generalist)

About the Role

Were building a high-performing Sales Operations, Support and Analytics team to support our growing business functions from backend process management to CRM operations, data analytics, and general business support.

This is a multi-disciplinary entry-level role designed for smart, detail-oriented graduates who want to build strong foundations in Operations, Data, and Business Strategy .

Selected candidates will work closely with business and technology teams to streamline operations, analyze data, and improve business performance.


Key Responsibilities

1. Backend / Sales & Operations Support

  • Assist Sales and Operations teams in daily process coordination, documentation, and reporting.
  • Manage backend entries, reconciliations, and dashboards in Excel/CRM systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updates in sales and operations data.
  • Support lead management, customer tracking, and partner coordination.

2. CRM Operations & Support

  • Maintain and update CRM databases for customers, partners, and leads.
  • Generate performance dashboards and data reports. Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams for data validation and accuracy.
  • Identify improvement areas and support CRM process automation.

3. Data Analytics & MIS Management

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Create dashboards and business insights using Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools.
  • Support data-driven decision-making across departments.

4. Ad Hoc Projects & Generalist Activities

  • Support process documentation, internal audits, and project tracking.
  • Participate in new initiatives like tool rollouts or automation pilots.
  • Provide cross-functional operational support wherever needed.
  • Display ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving attitude.



Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) mandatory.
  • Should have Knowledge of AI tech update & how to use it to increase Daily Productivity
  • Proficiency in Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and data visualization.
  • Good analytical, logical reasoning, and numerical ability. Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and process-focused mindset. Willingness to learn CRM, ERP, and data analytics tools.
  • Team player with a proactive approach.


Educational Qualification

  • BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech / MBA (Operations, Marketing, Analytics, or related fields).
  • Min 2 years of Work Experience and Strong Command on Data Analytic and Advance Tools
