Responsibilities:

Support daily admin and operational tasks

Assist with guest communication (Airbnb & booking platforms)

Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance vendors, and internal teams

Update calendars, pricing, and listings

Maintain reports, records, and documentation

Assist with onboarding new properties

Requirements:

Bachelors degree (mandatory)

English-medium education required

Minimum 2.5 years of relevant experience (admin, hospitality, customer support, or operations)

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong organizational and computer skills

Comfortable working US night shifts (IST)

Preferred:

Experience with Airbnb or property management

Familiarity with PMS tools

Prior experience supporting US-based clients

  • Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus
