Duration: Full-Time, 3-Month Contract
Start Date: April 2026

About the Role
we are looking for a reliable and organized Assistant who can support us in managing day-to-day operations, coordination, and administrative tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing work, coordinating between people, and supporting business operations in a startup environment. The Assistant will help manage administrative, operational, and coordination tasks.
This is a contract-based role for 3 months (full-time) with the possibility of extension of contract based on performance & work requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Organize company documents and maintain digital records
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents
- Schedule meetings and manage calendar coordination
- Assist with email follow-ups and communication
2. Accounting & Finance Coordination
- Assist in preparing and organizing invoices
- Upload bills and expenses into accounting software
- Maintain accounting records
- Conduct compliance related tasks (TDS, GST, etc.)
- Coordinate with external accountant when required
3. Operations & Project Coordination
- Maintain project task lists and basic status tracking
- Coordinate with employees for status updates
- Maintain simple internal dashboards for projects and resources
4. HR Support
- Post job listings on hiring platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews with candidates
- Maintain candidate and hiring records
5. Sales/Business Support
- Support in sales and marketing activities
- Help maintain internal processes and documentation
- Support with basic research and operational tasks
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in business, commerce, management, or related field
- 13 years experience in admin, operations, coordination, or assistant roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using online tools and spreadsheets
- Basic understanding of accounting or finance
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience in a startup/IT consulting company
- Basic understanding of Japanese language
