Role : Ops Lead
Location: Mumbai
Exp Range: 7 - 12 Yrs

Roles & Responsibility:
- Planning of all online LBA, RPA, IBA and offline assessments.
- Communicate with PAN India Sales/ Account Managers for planning of various assessments.
- Communicate with all stake holders with regards to planning and execution of LBA/ RPA assessments
- Overlooking future planning along with meeting and exceeding the targets.
- Follow check list process and mapping of required teams while creation assessments in tool.
- Create assessment ids in the tool
- Prepare weekly and fortnightly Exam Schedule .
- Interacting with all stake holders with respect to planning of future exams and exam schedule preparation.
- Daily publishing of Operation Calendar with all the stake holders as per process.
- Publishing of RPA exam schedule with required stake holders.
- Publishing of weekly exam schedule with all the stake holders.
- Follow up with VBT team and operation team for planning of future exams.
