Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Branch Operations

  • Handle day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of tasks
  • Maintain accurate records, MIS, and reports
  • Identify operational issues and suggest process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and organized branch environment


Sales & Customer Engagement


  • Calling for policy revival
  • Sales support to the branch team
  • Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to walk-in customers
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
  • Support branch targets and meet assigned timelines


Mandatory Experience


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI sector is mandatory
  • Experience in insurance, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred


Qualification


  • Graduate in any discipline
