Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations
- Handle day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of tasks
- Maintain accurate records, MIS, and reports
- Identify operational issues and suggest process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and organized branch environment
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Calling for policy revival
- Sales support to the branch team
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to walk-in customers
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
- Support branch targets and meet assigned timelines
Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI sector is mandatory
- Experience in insurance, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
