Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to oversee our home services during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the home services, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage services requests from residents/ clients during the night shift.
  • Ensure all services are performed to the highest standards, following company guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Respond promptly to any service-related issues or emergencies, providing resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of all service requests, work orders, and completed tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, on-site staff, and the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Analyze service performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on night shift operations to the Operations Manager.


Qualifications & skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
