Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager Operational Sales to support and lead luxury residential property sales in Bangalore. This role combines front-end sales execution with day-to-day sales operations, ensuring revenue growth, process efficiency, and exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to high-value residential projects (6 Cr and above), experience handling HNI and investor clients, and the ability to manage sales teams while staying actively involved in closures.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Execute and support strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for luxury residential properties, from lead engagement to deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNIs, UHNI clients, and real estate investors
  • Conduct client meetings, project presentations, property walkthroughs, and site visits

Operational Sales & Process Management

  • Manage daily sales operations including lead allocation, follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure timely conversion of qualified leads through structured sales processes
  • Monitor sales funnel metrics to improve lead-to-closure ratios and turnaround time
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, booking, and post-sales support

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Guide, train, and mentor sales executives to improve performance and conversion quality
  • Track individual and team KPIs and support achievement of targets
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and on-ground support during high-value negotiations

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior
  • Share insights with leadership to improve sales positioning and pricing effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to enhance lead quality, brand visibility, and campaign outcomes

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in premium residential projects
  • Strong exposure to sales operations, CRM management, and pipeline governance
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-value transactions and premium clientele
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities with hands-on sales involvement
  • In-depth understanding of luxury real estate market dynamics and buyer expectations
  • Ability to manage high-profile clients with discretion and professionalism
