Operational Excellence & Cost Transformation Expert (FTL Operations) Gurugram Contract On-site Big4

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and execution-driven operations senior manager to drive the clients' enterprise-wide transformation agenda across FTL operations, with a strong focus on cost optimization and operational excellence through technology enablement, and network efficiency.

This role will lead initiatives in lane-wise pricing improvement through better broker/owner management, fleet utilization through backhaul optimisation, and process re-engineering while enabling development and adoption of digital-driven interventions for long-term competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in logistics operations with at least 5 years in transformation/excellence roles.

Indicative Industry-Specific Experience:

• Digital freight platforms: Delhivery, BlackBuck, Rivigo, Porter, LetsTransport
• E-commerce logistics: Amazon Transportation, Flipkart Logistics, Ecom Express
• Global logistics leaders: DHL, Maersk, FedEx
• Experience with marketplace-based freight models and digital broker platforms
• Understanding of asset-light vs asset-heavy operational models
