What you'll do:

• This role is responsible for optimizing and streamlining CSG’s offerings to end customers, ensuring seamless deployment and operational readiness. Acting as the bridge between development and production, the incumbent assesses solutions to guarantee they are installation-ready, properly configured, and effectively monitored.
• They refine diagnostics, processes, and procedures to minimize disruptions upon release.
• Additionally, they play a crucial role in production optimization—leveraging both technology and personnel efficiency to meet customer SLA requirements for availability and performance.
• Beyond deployment, this role provides specialized support for key product and solution areas, assisting internal and external stakeholders.
• They serve as Tier 3 support for complex technical issues related to CSG product operations and Tier 2 support for operational infrastructure systems owned by operational engineering.
• Their expertise ensures smooth operation, rapid problem resolution, and continuous enhancement of production environments.

• Minimum Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in deployment, monitoring, application support, and automation.
• Expertise in Windows servers and SQL.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipeline tools such as Git, Jenkins, Chef, and load balancers.
• Practical experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, C#, or Ruby, enabling automation and customization of workflows.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills in Windows environments, including IIS configurations and performance tuning.
• Passionate about automation, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Experience with RunDeck, containerization technologies, and AWS is a plus.
• A collaborative and adaptable team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
