Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Manager (Europe Destinations ) specialising in European destinations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel operations, coordinating with international suppliers, ensuring seamless booking execution, and delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end operations for international travel bookings (Europe packages).
• Coordinate with DMCs, airlines, hotels, visa agencies, and transport vendors.
• Process bookings for flights, accommodations, transfers, sightseeing, rail, cruises, and travel insurance.
• Manage visa documentation support and ensure compliance with embassy requirements.
• Prepare detailed travel vouchers, confirmations, and final itineraries.
• Ensure accuracy in booking details, costing, and documentation.
• Resolve operational issues before and during travel.
• Maintain CRM records and operational reports.
• Work closely with the sales team for smooth booking handovers.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through seamless coordination.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of European destinations and travel logistics.
• Understanding of Schengen visa processes and documentation.
• Excellent coordination and vendor management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email coordination.
• Ability to work under deadlines and operational pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• Prior experience in International Travel Operations (Europe preferred).
• Freshers with relevant academic background and internship experience may apply.
• Knowledge of international suppliers and DMC networks will be an added advantage.
