Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Operations & Sales Manager who can manage sales growth while overseeing daily operations and internal team performance.

This role requires strong leadership, revenue mindset, reporting discipline, and professional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Generation
• Generate quality leads for digital marketing services
• Convert leads into paying clients (sales closing)
• Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationship pipeline
• Achieve monthly revenue targets

Operations Management

• Supervise internal team productivity
• Monitor project execution and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate between content, video, and marketing teams
• Maintain smooth day-to-day company operations

Reporting & Growth Tracking

• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the Founder
• Track company growth metrics (sales, productivity, targets)
• Identify improvement areas and suggest growth strategies

HR & Payroll Support

• Manage employee attendance and payroll coordination
• Monitor team discipline and work efficiency
• Support hiring coordination when required

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in Operations / Sales Management role
• Experience in Digital Marketing or Media company preferred
• Strong lead generation & sales closing ability
• Leadership and team supervision skills
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Professional communication in English (Mandatory)
• Strong organizational and decision-making ability
