Role Summary

We are hiring an Operations & E-commerce Executive who will manage billing, order coordination, dispatch operations, customer communication, and social media/e-commerce handling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and wants hands-on experience in business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Order Management

Communicate with customers via call & WhatsApp for order confirmation

Take and process orders from retailers and online customers

Maintain order records and follow up with clients

Billing & Dispatch

Generate invoices and billing entries

Coordinate packing & dispatch with warehouse team

Track shipments and update customers

Handle returns and replacements

E-commerce Handling

Manage orders from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Website etc.)

Update product listings, stock & pricing

Monitor daily sales and order reports

Social Media Support

Reply to customer queries on Instagram & WhatsApp

Upload basic posts/stories (training will be provided)

Coordinate with marketing team for updates

General Operations

Maintain daily operational records

Coordinate internally with sales & production team

Support in smooth day-to-day business functioning

Requirements

Graduate (Any field)

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, email)

Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati + basic English)

Organized & responsible personality

Freshers can apply (Training provided)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in e-commerce or operations

Knowledge of Instagram & WhatsApp Business

Experience in billing or dispatch coordination
