Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Specialist with 6 to 8 years of expertise in Opentext Content Server to design implement and support enterprise content management solutions

Job Description

Utilize deep knowledge of Opentext Content Server to develop and maintain content management systems Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure the scalability security and performance of the Opentext Content Server environment Provide technical guidance on best practices for content management and system integration Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Opentext xECM technologies to enhance system capabilities Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Opentext Content Server Participate in system upgrades migrations and patch deployments to keep the environment current and stable

Roles and Responsibilities

Design configure and customize Opentext Content Server components to meet organizational needs Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for content management solutions Provide training and support to endusers and junior team members on Opentext Content Server functionalities Monitor system health and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime Document system configurations processes and troubleshooting steps for future reference Coordinate with vendors and support teams for issue resolution and system enhancements Lead initiatives to improve content management workflows and automate processes where possible
