STP Specialist Invoicing (OpenText)

As an OpenText SME, you will be responsible for Clients Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), xECM, and Archive solutions. You will ensure robust invoice capture, archiving, and automation processes that integrate seamlessly with SAP and Ariba.

What Youll Be Doing

• Configure, enhance, and support OpenText VIM, xECM, Archive Center, and Document Presentment.
• Enable and test OCR and automation tools for invoice capture and processing.
• Collaborate with SAP MM/FI and Ariba teams to ensure end-to-end invoicing integration.
• Configure workflows for invoice approval, exception handling, and archiving.
• Support UAT, regression, and hypercare activities for invoicing solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align invoicing processes with compliance and efficiency goals.

What Were Looking For

• 35+ years of experience in OpenText solutions, preferably VIM and xECM.
• Strong hands-on experience with document archiving, workflow configuration, OCR integration.
• Knowledge of automation tools (UiPath, Kofax, SAP Intelligent Automation).
• SAP integration experience (MM, FI, SD).
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
