Job Description
Must have Skills :
- Experience in TLE tool in Unix environment.
- Mapping workbench expertise.
- Experience in partner onboarding from TLE (Setting up events and managing application & communication)
- UNIX scripting knowledge preferred.
- ANSI X12, EDIFACT, VDA standard EDI communications standards and protocols: AS2, SFTP, OFTP, VAN, HTTPS etc.
- Troubleshooting complex EDI failures, working with external EDI partners, and testing interconnected systems.
- Translation Mapping knowledge so that they can guide the mapper/developer for creating the inbound and outbound maps MRS creation.
- Experience in Resolving incidents P1,P2,P3,P4 from JIRA,ServiceNow Tool
