Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream SME to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Exstream (Dialogue/Empower) and a solid understanding of document generation, templates, and variable data printing.

Key Responsibilities:

CCM Solution Senior developer/SME

As a consultant make best practice recommendations for technical and functional changes/upgrade/migration with respect to OT Exstream

Design and develop Exstream templates for high volume customer communications

Implement enhancements and support production documents

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements

Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues in production environments

Requirements:

6+ years of hands on experience with OpenText Exstream (v16 or higher preferred)

Ability to setup OT Exstream deployment as a Cloud Native version

Good Understanding of Containerization concepts Dockers, Kubernetes

Proficiency in Composition Center, Empower,

Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and data mapping

Experience with batch and interactive processing
